2 # Frozen Cooked Shrimp (Large)
1/2 stick of Butter
1-2 Cloves of Garlic,pressed
1 Sliced Zucchini (Large or 2 small)
1 Medium Onion
1/4 stick of Butter
8 oz. Cooked Spaghetti
4-6 oz. Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spaghetti according to directions. Drain. Put in 2 quart glass casserole.
Cook shrimp,butter,and garlic in microwave on high
until butter melted in a glass pie plate. Put aside.
In another glass casserole put sliced Zucchini,onion and butter until cooked. (not mushy)
Put the zucchini mixture on top of spaghetti and then
shrimp mixture(drained) on top. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top until melted.
If you don't like shrimp or want a quick vegetable dish omit the shrimp.
