8 ears of corn 4 large onions 1 red pepper 1 head cabbage 1 T. celery seeds 1 T. salt 3 pt. vinegar 1 1/4 lbs. brown sugar
Chop onions, peppers and cabbage into small pieces. Cut corn off the cob and add to other vegetables. Add celery seeds, salt, vinegar and brown sugar. Boil for 15 minutes. Put in sterile jars immediately.
