Ingredients:
4 - 6 chicken breasts, boneless
lemon pepper seasoning
paprika
14oz. can chicken broth
2 c. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Rub the lemon pepper seasoning on all sides of each chicken breast. Then sprinkle with paprika. Place in a crock pot and pour broth and mushroom soup mixture over the breasts. Cook 6 - 8 hours on low. Add sour cream and thicken with flour as needed before serving.
Serves 4-6.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is a great cook "all day in the crock pot while you do other things" recipe. You can add the sour cream at the beginning to make the sauce more uniform and eliminate the last step. The sauce will be runny, however, so if you like a thick sauce you will need to thicken before serving. You can also add pototoes and carrots on top of the breasts and have a full meal ready to serve when you get home.
