Italian Cream Cake:
1 pudding type yellow cake mix
1 c. sour cream
1 2/3 c. shredded coconut
1 c. walnuts or pecans, chopped
Cream Cheese Icing:
8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter or margarine
1 lb powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cake: Prepare cake as directed on box. Add sour cream, mixing well. Stir in coconut and nuts, reserving some of each for top of iced cake. Bake as directed on box. Cool and frost with cream cheese icing.
Icing: Cream butter and cream cheese, gradually adding powdered sugar. Add vanilla.
Frost cake and sprinkle with coconut and nuts.
