1 lb. stew meat
16oz. can Veg-all or other stew vegetables
1/2 sliced sweet onion
4 c. water
salt/pepper to taste
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 pkg. beef stroganoff sauce mix
1 c. sour cream (lowfat is OK too)
one handful favorite pasta noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Put ingredients except for sauce mix, pasta and sour cream in a crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours. An hour before serving add remaining ingredients. Turn to high temp. and cook for another hour. May need to thicken the sauce to desired consistency if you like a really thick sauce.
Serves 4-6.

This is easy to prepare (15 minutes just putting all ingredients in crock pot, then another 10 to add the sauces for final simmering). It is a great meal to cook on a cold day while you run errands or work all day.
