6 T butter or margarine
1/4 tsp. butter flavoring(optional)
1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 cup shredded coconut
2 cups candied mixed fruit
1 1/2 cup cut fine dates
1 cup raisins
1 cup nuts chopped
1 can sweetened condensed milk

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in 15x10 jelly roll pan. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over butter (pat down). Spread remaining ingredients over in layers. Press mixture lightly. Pour milk over top. Bake at 350 for about 25 minutes.(Take out when edges are brown) Cool - cut small squares - very rich!
Can vary fruit measurements.

I know fruit cake has a bad reputation, but these are wonderful. If you love fruit cake like my sister and I do, you'll love this bar/cookie. Easy and delicious!
