Ingredients:
graham crackers
ice cream (any flavor you like)
melted chocolate (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
If you want chocolate covered ice cream sandwiches, melt some chocolate till it's pretty thick but thin enough to stir with a spoon. Get two graham crackers and coat them with the chocolate. And then leave those in the freezer until it cools down and they are kind of soft. Take them out of the freezer. Get any flavor of ice cream you want. Spread a kind of thick layer on the graham cracker. And then put the other graham cracker on top and then put them into the freezer for a little while to make the graham crackers a bit soft and the ice cream kind of hard.

Personal Notes:
Neil and Jason made these last night with rainbow sherbet and butter pecan ice cream. They haven't tried the chocolate ones yet but they are hoping to soon!
