1 can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
3 cups fat free reduced salt chicken broth
2 cups mashed cooked butternut or acorn squash
1 med. onion
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. ground coriander
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Place beans, broth and squash in blender or food processor. Cover and blend on high speed until smooth. Pour into 3 qt. saucepan. Stir in remaining ingredients except parsley. Heat to boiling; reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 30 minutes stirring occasionally. Stir in parsley
