Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 tsp. dried minced onion
1 tsp. salt (actually I put in a little less)
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. crushed dried red pepper (I use less)
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp dried oregano flakes
1/2 tsp. ground cumin

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients until evenly distributed. Use within 6 months.

The recipe as written makes enough seasoning for 1 lb of ground beef. Brown meat, drain, add mix and 1/2 cup water. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Personal Notes:
This is *much* better than the packets. I usually make up a big batch and then add 5 tsp per pound of ground beef. If you use this with fake meat, eliminate the salt altogether.
