2 cups catsup
1/2 cup water
3 T brown sugar
2 T Liquid Smoke
4 T worcestershire sauce
3 tsp dry mustard
2 tsp dry celery seed
6 T butter
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Directions:

Combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cook for 10 minutes. Serve on sliced brisket (or your favorite meat.)
