6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
6 T butter, melted
2 tsp minced garlic
1 cup bread crumbs or crushed cornflakes
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
2 T dried parsley
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp thyme (or rosemary)

Preheat oven to 400. Melt butter with garlic in microwave in a 9 x 13 glass baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients in flat bottom pan. Dip chicken into butter and then into bread crumb mixture. Place chicken back into baking dish. Continue with remaining pieces of chicken. Bake uncovered for 35 to 40 minutes until chicken is done (juices run clear).
