1 pound boneless beef top round steak, cut 1/2 inch thick.
1 teapoon lemon pepper seasoning
1/4 garlic
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cut steak into 1/2 inch steak strips.
Sprinkle steak with lemon pepper seasoning and salt. Dip the
steak strips into buttermilk and dredge in flour. In a large skillet
over medium heat, heat 2 tablespoons of the oil. Add steak
strips and brown on both sides.

Serve with rice.
