1 egg, well beaten
3 c. self-rising flour
3 T. sugar
1 can good dark beer
handful grated sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Stir all ingredients together (batter will look funny).
Pour into a well greased loaf pan. Bake in a preheated
oven at 350F for 50 - 60 minutes until golden brown.
