3/4 c. granola (no raisins or fruit)
3/4 c. graham crackers (about 6)
1/4 c. unsalted butter, melted
3 T. sugar

BAKED LAYER:
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. key lime juice
3 lg. egg yolks

CHILLED LAYER:
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, room temp.
1/2 c. sweetened condensed milk
1/4 c. key lime juice
2 T. sugar
1 t. vanilla extract

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Blend granola in food
processor with remainingh ingredients. Press over
bottom and sides of 9 inch pie pan. Bake about 8
minutes until brown. Reduce heat to 300F. Remove
and cool. Whisk baked layer ingredients to blend and
pour into crust. Bake 25 minutes. Beat cream cheese
through vanilla and pour over cooled pie. Cover and
chill at least 4 hours, or up to 1 day ahead. Top with
sweet whipped cream.
