1 1/2 lb. pork tenderloin
1 T. molasses
1 T. light soy sauce
1/4 t. esame oil
1 T. sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425F. Stir molasses, soy sauce and
sesame oil. Brush over meat and sprinkle with sesame
seeds. Roast, uncovered about 45 minutes, until meat
thermometer registers 160. Let stand 5 minutes and
slice. Serve with rice.
