3 tbsp butter
1/4 c each finely chopped onion and celery
1 clove garlic minced
1/2 tsp curry powder
3 tbsp flour
1 1/2 c light cream
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp ground ginger
1/2 pound cooked medium shrimp

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet melt butter, add onion and celery. Saute until tender. Add garlic, curry and flour; heat until bubbly. Remove from heat and stir in cream, lemon juice, salt and ginger. Cook over low heat, stirring until thickened. Stir immediately.

You can use this recipe but substitute dill seed for curry and omit ginger, if you like.
