2 c cooked spinach 6 eggs 1 c cream of celery soup 1 c shredded cheese 1/2 c shredded cheese.
Line bottom of shallow baking pan with spinach. Break 6 eggs and place each on spinach. Heat together soup and 1 c shredded cheese, pour around eggs. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Bake in 350º oven about 30 minutes.
