1 sleeve saltine crackers-crushed
2 zucchini, sliced lengthwise
3 tomatoes, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
6 cheddar cheese slices
8 bacon slices
oregano and garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cover bottom of baking dish with crumbled cracker crumbs, then a layer of zucchini, a layer of tomatoes, a layer of onions, a layer of cheese, a layer of uncooked bacon. Sprinkle over all oregano and garlic salt. Bake in 350 to 375 oven for about an hour.
