3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
1 cup milk
1 cup cream
4 eggs
2 1/4 sugar
2 tsp lemon extract
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sweet potatoes, milk, eggs and sugar. Beat at high speed with mixer. Mix baking powder with 1 tbs milk and add to the potato mixture. Add flavoring and mix. Pour into 2 pie crusts. Bake at 375F for 1 hour. I use already made pie crust.

can use 2 cups of milk + 2 Tbs butter instead of 1 cup milk and 1 cup cream.
