3/4 cup bacon diced 1/2 tsp paprika 1/2 cup onion - chopped 2 cups cooked tomatoes 2 Tbs flour 2 cups cooked Lima beans 1 bay leaf 1/4 tsp salt 1/8 tsp pepper 1/2 cup buttered bread crumbs
Brown the bacon and onions. Stir in the flour, seasonings and tomatoes. Add beans and mix. Pour into a greased casserole. Sprinkled with buttered bread crumbs and bake uncovered at 375 ºF for 30 to 35 minutes.
