4c Lima Beans
6 Bacon Strips diced
1 Onion diced
1 Green Pepper diced
1 can Crushed Tomatoes
1T Oregano
1/4c Sugar
Salt and Pepper To Taste

Directions:
Directions:
Par boil Lima beans and drain. While beans are cooking saute bacon till crisp. Remove bacon from pan and save. Pour off oil retain about 2T. Return pan to heat and saute onions and peppers. In greased medium size baking dish pour drained beans and add remaining ingredients. Stir lightly. Cover and place in a 350 oven for 30 minutes.
