8 medium sized small sweet potatoes
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup water or honey or maple syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Boil or steam, then peel the sweet potatoes. Place potatoes in a shallow pan, pour sugar and water over them. Top with syrup mixture. Bake in a hot oven (450F) for 15 minutes. (or, heat over a low flame, watching carefully and turning potatoes when brown.)
