CRUST:
1-1/4 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
FILLING:
1 package softened cream cheese (8 ounces)
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon softened butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup heavy cream-whipped OR 8 ounces Cool Whip
Grated chocolate or cookie crumbs optional topping

Directions:
Directions:
Combine crust ingredients and press into a 9 inch pie tin or plate. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes. Cool. Beat cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, butter and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until smooth. Fold in whipped cream OR Cool Whip. Gently spoon into crust. Garnish with chocolate or cookie crumbs. Refrigerate with a cover.
