Ingredients:
3 Tblsp butter
1 clove garlic, minced
1 pound asparagus
3 oz prosciutto, sliced very thin
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tsp chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Place oven rack in center position and preheat oven to 375. Heat butter and garlic in small saucepan until butter bubbles and foams. Turn off heat and set aside.
Trim off the tough ends of the asparagus spears. If they are thick, peel bottom half of each end.
Prepare an ice bath by filling a large bowl with water and ice. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add asparagus and cook until crisp-tender (about 2 minutes). Using a slotted spoon, transfer the asparagus to the ice bath. When the spears have cooled, drain in a colander.
Cut the prosciutto slices into strips about 1 1/2" x 7". Wrap strips around the asparagus in a spiral, leaving a bit of each end of the spear exposed. Lay the wrapped spears in a casserole dish large enough to hold them in a single layer. Drizzle the garlic butter over the asparagus and sprinkle parmesan cheese evenly over the top. Bake until the cheese is melted and the prosciutto is lightly browned, about 12 to 15 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped parsely.
Serve immediately.
