1 c. chpped celery
1 can Chinese bean sprouts, drained
1 can Sm. English peas, drained
1 can French green beans, drained
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
Dash of salt & pepper
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. tarragon vinegar
1 sliced onion







Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and vinegar until dissolved. Toss veggies lightly. Pour Vinegar and sugar over veggies. Refrigarate covered. Will keep several weeks.
