1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup of butter

1- 8 ounce brick of cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla
6 ounces Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first three ingredients and place in a 9 x 9 pan or pie tin and bake @ 350 for 4 to 5 minutes.
Start the filling by beating the cream cheese, sugar and salt. Add milk, lemon juice, vanilla and combine. Add Cool Whip and mix. Place on crust when cool and chill for 4 hours, covered.
