1 Tbsp butter
1/2 c sugar
1 (5.3 oz) can evaporated milk
2 squares unsweetened baking chocolate

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the squares of chocolate together with butter in small saucepan over medium heat. Stir in sugar and evaporated milk. Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until thick. Cool slightly before using. This fudge sauce is wonderful over ice cream or pound cake.
