1 cup finely chopped pecans
2 1/2 c all purpose flour
3/4 c granulated sugar
1/2 lb (2 sticks) butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 (16 0z) box powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine all ingredients except for powdered sugar. Roll into small "fingers" or balls. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes. Roll immediately in powdered sugar while cookie is still warm.
