¾ c butter softened
1 c firmly packed brown sugar
1 ½ c all purpose flour
½ tsp baking soda
¾ tsp salt
1 ½ c quick cooking oats
1-10oz jar fruit only preserves (raspberry or apricot are great)


Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter until creamy, gradually add sugar beating well. Combine flour, baking soda, salt and quick oats; add to butter mixture, mixing well. Press ½ crumb mixture into a greased 13 x 9 pan. Spread preserves over crumb mixture. Sprinkle remaining half of crumb mixture over preserves. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
