4 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 Tblsp butter
1/2 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup Italian breadcrumbs
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp parsley
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Preheat oven to 400. Spray a baking dish with non stick cooking spray. Set aside.
Combine all of the ingredients, except the chicken and butter, in a bowl, set aside.
Melt the butter in a small saucepan, dip the chicken breasts in the butter, then dredge them through the dry mixture. Place in the baking dish.
Bake uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes or until chicken coating is golden brown.
