4 cups (1 lb.) fresh cranberries
2 oranges
2 cups of sugar

Carefully wash the cranberries, removing all stems. Drain. Put cranberries and cut up oranges through a food chopper. Add sugar. Mix well and chill several hours before serving.

This is a dish my grandmother always made for our Thanksgiving dinner. I have continued the tradition making this on Thanksgiving. You may want to add more sugar. It is a mixture of tartness and sweet.
