1lb salmon filet
Maple syrup
Figure 1/3 lb of salmon per person.

Directions:
Directions:
Pour 1/2 cup of maple syrup in a baking dish. Place salmon skin side up and marinate for at least three hours. Cook salmon in a preheated oven at 350 for 5 minutes. Remove skin with a spatula and flip fish over in baking dish. Cook for another 5 minutes or until done.

If pressed for time, you can microwave the fish instead of baking. Microwave on high for two minutes, remove skin, and microwave another two to three minutes depending upon thickness of fish.
