1 28 oz.can of plum tomatoes
1 stalk celery
1 small onion
3 pats butter
1/2 beef bouillon cube

Directions:
Directions:
Dice onions and celery and saute in butter until translucent. Add tomatoes and bouillon cube. Simmer covered for 15- 20 minutes. Can use a hand blender to puree right in the pot.
Serve with seasoned croutons.
