1 cup sugar
1 stick butter
2 eggs
2 medium crushed bananas
2 cups Jiffy biscuit mix.

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together 1 cup sugar and butter. Add the eggs, mashed bananas, and Jiffy mix. Mix well. Dough will be lumpy. Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan.
Bake 1 hour at 350.

This a very simple recipe that my Grandma Dickson always used to make. She got the recipe off of the Jiffy box in the 1950s. You can also substitute Bisquick mix.
