19 oz can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
2 c. cooked rice
3/4 c. salsa
3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350. In a medium bowl, combine the beans, rice and salsa. Pour into a 2 quart casserole. Top with shredded cheese and bake, uncovered, until the mixture is heated through and the cheese is melted, about 20 minutes.
