Four 6 inch flour tortillas
1 can refried beans
1 tomato, diced
shredded cheedar cheese
2 tbsp. salsa
2 tbsp. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Spread each tortilla evenly with 1/2 c. beans. Top the tortilla evenly with the tomato and cheese. Place a tortilla on top and press gently.

Spray a large nonstich skillet with cooking spray. Heat. Cook the quesadillas until lightly browned, about 3 minutes on each side.

Cut each quesadilla into quarters. Serve with the salsa and sour cream.
