1 - 16 oz. sour cream
1 - 16 oz. cottage cheese
3 medium onions chopped
1 - 2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 - 16 oz package linguine
2 cups Parmesan cheese - divided

Directions:
Directions:
Cook linguine and drain - set aside
In a large bowl combine sour cream, cottage cheese, onion, garlic and 1 cup Parmesan cheese.

Add linguine and mix well. Put in oven proof casserole dish - top with remaining Parmesan cheese - bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.

Serve with garlic bread. Great with a good steak.
