1 lb. pork sausage
1 c. coarse chopped onion
4 c. potatoes cubed
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. marjoram
2 c. water
1 - 15 oz. can creamed corn
1 - 15 oz. can corn
1 - 12 oz. can evaporated milk

Directions:

Brown sausage and onions together. Combine all ingredients in crock pot and cook for 6-8 hours on high (about 3 hours) then low.

I like to only use 1 cup of water and then 2 cans of creamed corn.
