Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1 chopped onion
1 lg can diced tomatoes
1 can Ro-tel and green chilies
1 can yellow Hominy
1 pkg. dry ranch style dressing
2-2 1/2 C. cooked pinto beans

Directions:
Directions:
In dutch oven combine the diced tomatoes and ro-tel. I sometimes dice the tomatoes up a little more if they seem large. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 30 minutes. Add hominy and continue to simmer for another 10 minutes. In the meantime, brown your meat with the onion and drain if there is any excess fat. Add the beef mixture into the tomatoe mixture and add the the taco seasoning and ranch style dressing. Stirring and blending well. Simmer about 10 minutes, then add your cooked pinto beans and cook another 20-30 minutes. Salt to taste.
