1 1/2 c. cold coffee 1/2 c. cold milk or half and half 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. chocolate syrup 1/8 tsp. vanilla extract 3 c. crushed ice
Combine the coffee, milk/half & half, sugar, chocolate syrup, in a blender and mix on medium speed for about 15 seconds to dissolve the sugar. Add the vanilla extract and ice then blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Stir with spoon if necessary to blend.
