1 c. water
2 tbsp.. Soy Sauce
3 c. Chopped Sweet Peppers
c. Chopped Onion
1 tbsp. Minced Garlic
1 tbsp. Minced Shallot
c. Chopped basil
1 tbsp. Red Wine vinegar
1 tsp. Honey
8 oz. cooked linguine (Whole wheat or spinach pasta)

Directions:
Directions:
*Place cup water and soy sauce in a nonstick wok or frying pan.
*Add peppers, onions, & garlic, and cook, stirring, for 5 minutes.
*Add the shallots, basil, and cup of water. Cook on medium-low, covered for about 10 minutes.
*Stir in honey and vinegar.
*Prepare the pasta according to the package directions. Drain.
*Toss of the pepper sauce with linguine.
*Divide linguine between 4 plates; top each serving with the remaining sauce
