1 8 oz semisweet choc pieces
6 Tbsp butter
1/2 c honey or sugar
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
8 oz cream cheese
c nuts

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan melt chocolate pieces and butter over low heat. Remove from heat. Add honey or sugar, eggs, and vanilla, stir just till blended. Stir together flour and baking powder. Add to chocolate mixture; stir just till dry ingredients are moistened. Pour half of the batter into greased 9x9x2 baking pan. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
Cheese Filing: In mixing bowl cream together one 8-ounce package softened cream cheese and 1/2 sugar, beat in 1 egg, and dash salt. Stir in 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Pour cheese filing over partially baked layer. Carefully spoon remaining half of brownie batter over filing. Swirl slightly with cheese filing, being careful not to touch bottom layer. Bake at 350 about 35 minutes. Cool cut into bars. Store in refrigerator.
