3/4 Lb ground beef
1 Tbs butter
1 Tbs olive oil
2 cups peeled Italian tomatoes (1 Lb can)
1/2 large green pepper chopped
1/2 large onion chopped
1/4 cup long grain rice
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic salt
dash of pepper
1/2 tsp garlic juice
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Melt the butter with olive oil and brown the meat. Add the other ingredients and simmer 25 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. May be garnished with thin slices of Velveeta.
