1 package (18.25 oz) devil's food or dark chocolate fudge cake mix
1 package (3.9 oz) chocolate instant pudding mix
4 large eggs
1 c sour cream
1/2 c warm water
1/2 c canola oil or vegetable oil
1 1/2 c semisweet chocolate chips.

Preheat oven 350
Lightly spray 12 cup bundt pan and lightly dust with flour.
Place cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, sour cream, warm water and oil in large mixing bowl. Blend with mixer on low for 1 minute, scraping the sides as needed with a rubber spatula. Increase speed to medium and mix for 2 minutes. Batter will look thick. Fold in chocolate chips. Spoon cake mixture into bundt pan and bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until cake pulls away from the side of the pan. Cool on wire rack for 20 minutes. Run a long sharp knife around the edge of the cake and invert onto a rack or serving platter to cool. Serve warm.
