Mazola No Stick Cooking Spray
1/4 c. light or dark corn syrup
1/4 c. margarine or butter (1/2 stick)
1 18oz. jar creamy peanut butter
1 1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 t vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 8-inch square baking pan with cooking spray and set aside.
In 2 qt. saucepan combine corn syrup and margarine. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally until butter melts. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter. Stirring constantly, cook over low heat until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. With a wooden spoon, beat until smooth. Spread in prepared pan and refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Cut into 1 inch squares.
