6 eggs, seperated
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cream of tarter

Directions:
Directions:
Beat 6 egg whites with cream of tarter until stiff. Gradually add 1 1/2 c. powder sugar. In seperate bowl beat egg yolks and vanilla until thick and lemon color. And remaining powdered sugar, beat until thick. Add to egg whites and continue beating until well blended. Store in plastic container in freezer. Due to the sugar this will freeze. Freeze for 30 minutes before use.

In your favorite mug, put one shot of rum or brandy
and fill with boiling water. Top with 1 tbsp. of Tom & Jerry mixture, sprinkle with nutmeg. Do not stir.
