3 eggs
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. water
1/3 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. flour
1 oz. jar of grape jelly

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over 350
Beat eggs and sugar until thick, stir in water, add salt, baking powder and flour. Mix well, bake in shallow pan (cookie sheet pan), 12-to-15 minutes. Invert immediately on dampened cloth, while warm spread with grape jelly. Start with one end and begin to roll. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
