1 stick butter
3 c. self-rising flour
1 can beer (warm)
1/4 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350
Grease loaf pan. In medium sauce pan melt butter, set aside. In medium mixing bowl mix the remaining ingredients and pour into loaf pan. Pour butter over the top of batter and bake 1 hour. Top will not be smooth after baking.
