Pie Crust:
1 cup butter
1/2 cup Powdered sugar
1/8 tsp. Salt
2 cups flour

Lemon Mixture
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
6 Tablespoons flour
6 tablespoons Fresh Lemon
Grated rind of 1 lemon

Mix for pie crust. Grease 9" x 13" pan. Pat down crust in pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

Mix ingredients. Spread lemon mixture over crust. Bake at 350 until set (about 25 minutes). Sprinkle with Powdered sugar. Loosen with knife around pan while hot. Cut into squares when cool.
