1 6oz. can mushrooms (drained)
3/4 c. finely chopped onions
1 clove garlic (minced)
2 T butter
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 T flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
1 8oz. packet thick egg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
In a heavy skillet, melt butter add mushrooms, onions and garlic. Cook until onion is just tender.
Add meat and cook until meat is brown. Remove from heat. In a medium mixing bowl, mix soup, flour salt and pepper, mix well and add to the meat mixture. Return to heat and cook until boiling, stirring constantly. Lower heat and simmer 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream until well blended. Serve over hot cooked noodles
